The power supply of a remote indicating lamp is from the detector base that it is connected with. Thus, the indicating lamp is off in normal condition, and the indicating lamp will always light up when the detector in alarm condition. It is commonly seen outside locked or inaccessible rooms, such as patient rooms or hotel rooms.  |
